What you can expect, and what you cannot

This is not the game

X-Clash Wiki is an unofficial, player-run reference. It is not made by, endorsed by, or connected to the makers of X-Clash. Game names, art and text belong to them and appear here to describe the game, not to claim it.

Nothing here is official. Numbers are read off the game by players and can be wrong or out of date. If a number matters to a decision you cannot undo, check it in the game.

Using the site

Read it, link to it, quote it, screenshot it. No permission needed and none will be asked for.

Do not use it to attack the site or the people on it: no scraping that degrades it for others, no attempts to reach accounts or data that are not yours, and nothing illegal.

Accounts and what you write

An account is free and needs an email address. You are responsible for what is posted from it.

Guides, forum posts, lineups and corrections stay yours. By posting them you allow this site to show, edit and translate them here, and to keep showing them if you later delete your account. That is so a guide somebody relied on does not vanish from under them.

Anything can be edited or removed, and an account can be suspended, if it is spam, abuse, or somebody else's work passed off as their own. There is no appeal process because there is no committee: there is one person, and you can write to them.

The Discord bot

The bot answers questions about the game and posts announcements a server has asked for. Adding it is free.

Anyone with Manage Server can configure it, including choosing whether announcements notify @everyone. What it posts in your server is set by the people who run your server, and by this site for the wiki's own announcements.

It can be removed at any time from your server settings, and removing it stops everything immediately. What it stores is described on the privacy page.

It may stop working, change what it does, or be withdrawn. It is run on one small server by one person and comes with no promise of uptime.

What is not promised

The site is provided as it is. There is no warranty, no guarantee that it is accurate or available, and no liability for what happens if you rely on it. It carries no advertising and charges nothing, and that cuts both ways.

Backups exist and are tested, but keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.

Changes

These terms can change. The date below says when they last did. There is no mailing list to notify you, so this page is the record.
